THE PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED EVERY 30 DAYS FROM THE BID AWARD DATE. THE REVISED PRICE WILL BE DERIVED BY TAKING THE PRICE OF AMM BRASS MIL SCRAP NO. 1 COPPER TAKEN ON THE DAY BIDDING CLOSED AND DIVIDED INTO THE AMM BRASS MIL SCRAP NO. 1 COPPER AT THE APPLICABLE 30 DAY ADJUSTMENT DATE. THIS PERCENTAGE CHANGE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE BID PRICE/ LB. SCRAP MAY INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: MOTORS GENERATORS, ROTORS, ELECTRIC FAN MOTORS, VACUUM CLEANER POWER HEADS, UNCANNED TRANSFORMERS, ELECTRIC BUSS BARS, AND GENERATOR HOUSING WITH FOREIGN MATERIAL. COPPER BEARING MATERIAL MAY INCLUDE NON-FRIABLE ASBESTOS IN THE FORM OF MASTIC AND INSULATING MATERIAL. ITEMS SUSPECTED OF CONTAINING ASBESTOS MATERIAL WILL BE LABELED WITH WARNING STICKERS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT BY SHIPYARD PERSONNEL. SUSPECT MATERIALS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TRANSPORTED, HANDLED AND DISPOSED OF PER APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE, AT THEIR EXPENSE, ONE OPEN TOP 20-30 CUBIC YARD CAPACITY ROLL-OFF CONTAINER THAT USES A CONTINUOS CHAIN SYSTEM ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR WILL MAINTAIN A CONTAINER AT THE SHIPYARD FOR ACCUMULATION OF SCRAP PRODUCTS AT ALL TIMES. THE CONTRACTOR WILL LABEL THEIR CONTAINERS WITH THE COMPANY NAME, AND IDENTIFYING NUMBER. LABELING WILL BE OF A PERMANENT NATURE. PSNS WILL TARE WEIGHT ALL CONTAINERS WHEN DELIVERED TO THE SHIPYARD, AND AFTER ANY REPAIRS. PSNS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS DETERMINED TO BE IN AN UNSAFE OR POOR CONDITION. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPLACE ANY ROLL-OFF CONTAINER(S) IN AN UNSAFE OR POOR CONDITION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION OF THE SUBJECT CONTAINERS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE FULL ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS AND REPLACE THEM WITHIN TWO WORKDAYS OF ORAL NOTIFICATION AND WITHIN FIVE WORKDAYS OF WRITTEN NOTIFICATION BY THE GOVERNMENT LIQUIDATION REPRESENTATIVE OR PSNS REPRESENTATIVE WHEN REMOVAL IS REQUIRED.
